Scrapbooking

I started Scrapbooking six years ago when my first son was born. I wanted a way for him (and now the rest of my children) to "watch" their lives. What I love most about scrapbooking, is not the pictures, but the stories, the journal entries that go with them. Pictures are worth a thousand words, however the personal voice, the written word along with the pictures , in my opinion makes it a thousand times more powerful.

  1. I like to think that scrapbook is the equivalent of what blogging is today. In a sense, you could create a digital "scrapbook" of your children's lives that they could see years from now (and share with those family members on the other side of the globe!) You are one of the original bloggers!
